DTZ on behalf of their client City Freeholds, required a leasing campaign presence for 55 Hunter Street that would get noticed. Two columns on both corners of the block as well as a long wall provided the ideal canvas for signage material. A strong, bold graphic approach using high-contrasting black and yellow punches out from the city street grabbing attention. A clever headline ‘The Hunt Is Over’ played off the ‘search’ journey of the prospective tenant and the street name.
