Bankwest wanted to unite all of their divisions under one umbrella EVP and Employer Brand. We developed quantitative, qualitative and competitor research with recommendations for the positioning for the EVP. ‘Have Fun. Go Far’ was developed as the tagline supporting the ‘Happy Banking’ Corporate brand position, while reflecting their challenger brand attitude. ‘Go far’ was a reflection of the development opportunities at Bankwest.
