We love nurturing brands that give Australians a greater sense of belonging; a deeper connection to the people, places and products that matter in their lives.
Owned by ISPT, 477 Pitt St was undergoing redevelopment. An 18-month redevelopment program was supported with a strong visual identity and messaging to communicate the changes to the building community. New lifts, breakout space, end-of-trip facility, facade and foodcourt transformed the space. Via a reusable kiosk, hoarding and signage, posters and e-coms we were able to keep the tenants and their visitors well informed along the journey and then activate each of the new spaces as they came on line.

We engaged The Ideas Hatchery to assist us with our customer communication at 477 Pit Street in Sydney during redevelopment. They created a key message document and look and feel, which resulted in clear, consistent and identifiable communication across a number of channels. Simon was a delight to work with, last minute items were never a problem.
